These 12-17thC drawstring coin purses are perfect for coins, dice games, tinder sets and all manner of small items. Also perfect for all those annoying modern nik naks like car keys, bank cards and lighters!

Medieval people didn’t have pockets in their clothing so they wore belt pouches, often called pockets at the time, and used them to carry all their daily essentials. Whether you are a living history purist or you like to carry your car keys, mobile phone and some loose change in something cool, these will suit.

Based on composites of examples from manuscripts through the ages.

Fastened with string and horn beads and features a decorative leather disc with embossed decoration, that slides down over the opening.

Comes in two sizes. 

Large: Height 15cm/6 inches, width 12cm/5 inches 

Small: Height 12cm/4.75 inches, width 9.5cm/3.75 inches
