Rudbeckia ‘Goldsturm’ (Black-eyed Susan) – Wildlife-Friendly Perennial

Description

Rudbeckia ‘Goldsturm’, often known as black-eyed Susan, is a bright, long-flowering perennial that brings both colour and vital late-season food to wildlife-friendly gardens.

From mid-summer into autumn, masses of golden-yellow daisy flowers with dark central cones provide a rich source of nectar and pollen for bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects. At a time when many plants are starting to fade, ‘Goldsturm’ keeps the garden buzzing with life.

This is a tough, reliable perennial that thrives in sunny positions and copes well with a wide range of soils. It’s easy to grow, low maintenance, and perfect for borders, meadow-style planting and naturalistic schemes where wildlife value matters as much as appearance.

A classic plant that earns its place year after year.
